Malayali girl receives the Prime Minister's praise for her speech at the National Youth Parliament Festival. Mumtas S, a student of B.A English at St. George college from Pathanamthitta stole the show by her powerful performance in Delhi. Modi tweeted appreciating her eloquence and articulation along with the video of her speech delivery.

Mumtas gained her entry ticket to the central hall of Indian Parliament after bagging first prize at the state level competition, staged last January. This Republic day Mumtas will be parading representing Kerala. Parents, Rasheeda and M.E Shaji along with her well wishers and college faculties are all praises for Mumtas. Previously, Mumtas was selected as the best NSS volunteer from Mahatma Gandhi University.
